Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. High-volume periods may require additional processing time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Available options include:

USPS

  • Ground Advantage – Economical, reliable shipping with nationwide coverage.
  • Priority Mail – Faster delivery with typically 1–3 business-day transit times.

UPS

  • Ground – Cost-effective delivery based on distance.
  • 3 Day Select – Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days.
  • 2nd Day Air – Expedited shipping delivered within 2 business days.

Transit times are estimates provided by each carrier and may vary depending on location, weather, or operational delays.

Age Verification & Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that THCa hemp products are legal in your state or locality.

We do not ship to any state or jurisdiction where THCa hemp products are restricted or prohibited.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local laws before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island. 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes when UPS is selected.

We do not accept responsibility for packages seized due to noncompliance with local laws.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed to USPS or UPS, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we will assist in filing a claim.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order ships.

If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

Shipping Times & Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery dates. We cannot refund shipping fees for delays caused by the carrier.
